Anyone know of a test the normal person can run on the TCI?

You may well be right about the TCI, but it might be worth running a
small amount of Seafoam or MMO through a couple tanks of fuel just be
sure that a small bot of gew isn't messing with carbuation.
FWIW.

I am having a problem with the bike not having much power, until it
hits a
certain point, and then its like switching on a switch, and it takes
off
like a bat out of Hades.  As the bike heats up, the point where it
gets
power drops, until the point where its more like a hesitation when
you open
the throttle.

I have grounded the Voltage regulator, and made sure the carb vent
tubes are
Clear.  Any other ideas on what to try?  I have a bad feeling its the
TCI,
And that's pricey.
