[Virago] RE: Windshield handlebar hardware question

I have the same bike and bought a National Cycle Plexistar 3.  It came with hardware to install on square handlebars.  I knew that the slots going down the middle of the handle bars were for mounting a windshield, but I couldn’t find that type of hardware.  Where did you find the handlebar hardware?
