I'm not too savvy as to what all of this means. Do I need to go to this new site and register, or will the emailed aspects that I receive now continue without me doing anything?

I will restore all new member since the 20th and work on putting post
back but you can restore your own post to help. As there is no easy way
to do them but manually. So if your in a hurry you can just put it back
yourself.
