Boy, I got friends comin' out of the woodwork. Rod, you're a hell-of-a-guy to make that offer, but I know that your bike's been hot-rodded out a little bit, compared to mine, so I guess I oughta pay for the gas while you ride mine to make up for the disappointment, huh? ;^)

I'll be happy when I can get the XV1100 on the road again. Have a few friends who've volunteered to ride it for me so it won't feel neglected. ;^) Even though it hurt the arm and shoulder a bit, I managed to get in 50 miles on my wife's XV250 on Friday. Maybe in a couple of more months I'll be able to get the big guy on the road.Rob J

with my 86-1100. I just love it. I'll have to do alot of research and
thinking. Am I getting old or what. I always kidded my friends when the
mentioned a bigger bike like these, calling them an old man's bike, I'd
never live it down. I think I need a drink. Thanks to all that responded.
Thanks, Mike
