This is Kevin Carpenter again, I wrote back in 2003 about having regulator/rectifier issues with my Virago. I did a search and found one of the old responses at http://archives.itg.uiuc.edu/virago/2003-11/msg00513.htm. Its about that time again when the rectifier has died and I need a new one. Back then someone had listed a site that sold a customized and hardier version the poorly designed Yamaha one. I was curious if anyone might know the URL or who the company was that was making those parts (customized rectifier). I am still googling with no luck.
