I have the Mapam and I have had contact with the road on turning a couple
of times and it can be scary, Mike
I might be mistaken, but I believe that I have read that depending on
how aggressive of a rider you are, that the Mapam forward controls can come in
contact with the ground during hard aggressively taken turns, such as
twisties, i.e. Deals Gap this might be something that you would want to keep
in mind, when choosing a set of forward controls.
