Seems a tad pricey though for the triple tree, upper fork tubes and
some hardware. But, with a bit more rake, and the tail bobbed, would
be a whole new bike.
I wonder if it'd be possible to cut the rear frame off right behind
the front seat, mount the fender on some struts or something so it
hugs the rear wheel, Anyone seen, have a pics of Virago that has the
rear hacked like that? what about a detachable pillion, maybe as
simple as something that inserts into the old tubes and just hangs
over the rear wheel? Just so a guy could cart around the wife or a
kid once in a while.

Honestly, those chopper forks are WAY cool for the Virago. For an
in-town bike, I would look so cool tooling around town picking up
chicks left and right. Heh!
So heck with what "the wife" says...
She'd say "Honey, why are you stopping your Virago waaaayy out here
on this deserted highway in the middle of nowhere so late at
night??" And I'd look back at her and say "This is where you get
off babe...."
