When I was hung up in Bozeman with a flat tire last year, and spent several delightful days with Colin and his family (of this list), plus a very knowledgeable, Yamaha and hack dealer, I saw fg muffler packing in the shoppe. Since my mufflers had been drilled out by the PO and were nosier than I like I asked about repacking them with the fg and the shoppe owner (was it “Cliff”, Colin?) said that it wuz not possible. But wadda I know w/o trying it?

Gust, who likes things to start when he turns the key, which is about the limits of his mechanical aptitude. ;-(
