Point well made Chip.  I shouldn't use Gust as a standard to measure by.  I
live in Wisconsin and stop riding once it snowed.  No plans to ride again
until rain has washed away all the salt.

Yep - whatever Gust can do, we ought to be able to do also.. Heh!

Like, driving in -250F weather in the Wisconsin wintertime, and riding
our highly polished Virago 750's ACROSS a frozen lake without any
special equipment except a thick pair of socks and leather chaps..
