"Just wonder if anyone listening has done a jug swap.

like 920 jugs on a 750 or 1100 jugs on a 1000 with no case work. just a
jug swap. I just wonder what first hand knowledge is like......"

1000 & 1100 have same bore, swapping is no problem. All others have
smaller bore, which means the cylinder liner OD is also smaller, which
means the holes in the cases are also smaller. I sold my spare 1000 jugs
to a friend who installed them on his 920, which had 3mm less bore. He had
to assemble the case halves empty and take them to a machine shop to have
the bores opened up. He was rebuilding the bottom end anyway. It worked
out fine in the end.
