Higher COG might be a factor... but adding 300+lbs to the tail would
also be a pretty LARGE factor in helping raise the front end (might not
even need to be moving!)... :O)

However... was he was refer to doing a "stoppie"...???? In which case
the added 300+lbs would be a definite deterrent... regardless of a
higher COG!!

I think that sometimes wheelies are easier with a passenger on board -
raises the center of gravity.
