Okay, I think any Hitachi carb from 87 or earlier from anything from a
700 to an 1100 (you just have to change the jets accordingly) will fit my
86-1100. I'm watching several on Ebay. But what would be involved with
using dual Mikunis from an 88 or newer any size Virago on my bike. I know
it can be done but what would have to be done to make them work? There
is one on Ebay and someone on the list has offered to sell me his. Also
would one of these Mikunis (modified) work on my KJS. Also aren't all the
carb to manifold boots the same on all years?
