I'm expecting about 250 MPG.
Okay, maybe not. She sure is running great though, rode into work despite threat of a wet ride home, just couldn't resist. No 120 today though. I promise to be good.....most of the time.

I'm gonna put in a BIG vote for the Seafoam but of course leave lots of room for Jeff's mechanical expertise. Two riding buddies here used Seafoam in the last two weeks and both noticed today they got more miles out of the tank.
Just blowing out the gunk helps.

So does more miles to the tank mean she's running cleaner and stronger? Dad always told me to keep track of mpg in my first car - a loss means there's a
problem.

But, Jeff? How many miles per gallon at 120+?? Might there be a few
variables to that figure?

Well, maybe changin' them plugs a little more often makes sense after
all, huh?

All small engines like to be cared for. You hit the "Sweet Spot" where
the valve timing carb sync, fuel mix all, and even the air that the
engine was breathing came together and it blew your skirt over your eyes.

Just smile and enjoy it, but please don't get into the habit of riding
over the century mark. Life is too sweet and too short. I'm sure you have
noticed that many people sign their contributions to this list, "Ride
Safe". Over the century mark anywhere but on a track is very dangerous,
(Speaking from experience that is best left in the past).

I've been "tuning up" this week, new plugs, a splash of SeaFoam in the
tank, a tank of 93 octane just for fun. >
