This holds the inner fork tube dampner rod, it spins but so does the
other end, I think it's okay if it spins. You'd think I'd know after 2
tear tear downs in one year and a third needed.
I can't seem to keep my right fork tube from leaking at the seal. The
only way to get this screw out is to remove the whole assembly and
reach down in there with a holding tool while turning the screw at the
bottom of the fork. I had a fun time making a holding tool last year.
