The high side is your plug wire.  No - never test resistance when a circuit
has power, you can damage your meter.  With the coils completely
disconnected, check resistance as follows:

Low side - spade terminal to spade terminal.  Should be low, don't remember
how low.
High side - Plug wire (where the plug goes) to, hmmm, I don't remember to
where - the manual should say.
