This goes on everywhere. We have a judge here in Oregon, Ohio that will
put you away for coming close to a DUI but he has been driven home many
many times after the cops find him sloshed driving home. One night even
a rookie woman cops didn't just drive him home but went through with te
DUI but who judges a judge??? no one. He also smoked and killed a kid
but still he is the judge and of course he is not slandered in the local
paper like regular DUI people and gets away with it.
I had a problem with this judge myself back in HS. I wasn't working and
he denied my right to a lawyer. { I didn't have $1000 to defend myself]
Cops harassed me for looking like someone who out ran a cop and then
wrote me a ticket for no license, which has a 6 month jail term. I had
my temps and it was still plenty of time to get home before the = before
dust rule, but they held me so long it became dark so I got the
ticket??? I was in a public parking lot but was not allowed to call my
dad to drive it home, push it home or to a friend house a few blocks
away. They were responsible and it had to be towed???
I get screwed over because I chose to ride a red bike and wear a black
helmet.
Trust me when I say no one would help. Sure he broke my constitutional
rights but not one person would do anything about it. No one will go
against a judge, no one. All I could do is write a letter to a review
board. Trust me when I spoke to several people in every department of
goverment who all were out raged but no one person would or could do
anything. I either go to court and let him rail road me or run for a
while.
So I skipped court for about a year or so till I had plenty of money for
a lawyer. Which still didn't do anything for me but get 6 months over my
head for 3 years.
Without money you have no rights.
People should flood money to the Scott family to help fight and beat
this guy into the ground. As it goes right now I bet the amount of money
they have to spend will not over blow his power or funds. Civil action
would be best for them, forget about the show the state puts on for them
and us.
I kinda feel like the Duke boys here in Oregon. And Boss Hog is still in
charge.
