never had problems with them before, however it doesn;t surprise me that their customer service is a bit lacking. MAW is the most inexpensive online parts distributor, so i'm sure they are cutting corners somewhere. Denniskirk has by far the best customer service i've dealt with

Brakelines for my XV700.
They sent me a kit which is labelled with the right Russell part number, but
only has 2 brakelines, not three, for the two caliper system this model

I returned it. They had me re-order the kit, with a second charge to my

They were pretty slow with the refund of the first order, in my opinion.
NOW TODAY I receive the second order, and it's the same problem!!! I fact I
am pretty sure I got exactly the same package, just stapled up better, but
still only two hoses inside...
I guess I have to wait till Tuesday to call them but you can see this is
pretty messed up.
Anybody else had trouble with these people?
