never had problems with them before, however it doesn;t surprise me that their customer service is a bit lacking. MAW is the most inexpensive online parts distributor, so i'm sure they are cutting corners somewhere. Denniskirk has by far the best customer service i've dealt with

pretty messed up.


Anybody else had trouble with these people?
