Subject : need info for idea to quiet down pipes
I think I figured out how to alter a set of jardines into a poor man's supertrapp

The baffles can be removed in jardines so it makes it easy

The idea is to use big washers as plates and either weld or bolt the first washer onto
the end of the baffles and then bolt a number of washers with spacers between them on
to this washer. the last washer of course is solid.

So if anyone has seen supertrapp's up close I'd like to know what the spacing is approx.

So one idea is to just use long screws and change the screws if you put more plates( washers) on
or to use some sort of spacer with a stud on one end and a threaded spacer on the other.
I have found these in 4mm diameter, but ideally I would like to see 5, or 6 mm bolts

Any other ideas are welcome
