YICS = Yamaha Induction Control System, used on several early 80's models, but
not the XS line. I do think that Secas, Fazers and Radians both had "special"
forks,

If this is the oil volume, it would indicate a smaller displacement, probably
no bigger than 650.
Painted bars has me leaning toward a Radian. If I'm not mistaken, and I am all
too often, The
Fazer was 700cc, Radian and Seca both 600cc.

This is what little I know of the 4 models:
Seca: Semi-sport bike, slightly leaning forward riding position. Small
fairing. Chain Drive
Fazer: Chromed bars, riding position a little more upright than the Seca. Black
engine - sort of the predecessor? to the V-Max
Radian: Square headlight, squarish side covers, Euro-look. Upright riding
position, strange machine.
XJ550: Had one of these. I think it was 2800cc to fill the oil, with the
filter. Laid back riding position, chain drive, chrome bars, triangular side
covers with chromed front edges. The only colors I've seen these has been black
or metalic gray.
XJ650: Think the only difference between the 650 and 550 other than
displacement is a shaft drive.

Hope this helps
