Looks like a Virago, but an inline 4, that makes it an XJ-something. I was
under the impression that the lower-displacement XJs (550, 650) were inline
twins, like the XS line, but with more cruiser (Virago-like) styling, so if
it's a 4-banger my bet is still on 1100 cc's. I wasn't aware of the YICS
tweak (XS's not having them, XJ's having them), so that's news to me.

XS and XJ Yammies were very popular, and there are a TON of them around.
Easy to find parts, both OEM and aftermarket, and good internet-based groups
for both. Also, to the best of my knowledge, sound and strong mechanically,
so your Virago-spoiled sensibilities shouldn't be jarred.

I'm working on an XS650 chopper project, even as we speak, and rebuilding
the inline twin was a breeze.
