Thanks Bob, sounds like you are betting on XS1100 or XS 1000. I'm reasonably
sure no aftermarket changes, but will attempt to "dig out " more info.

Any opinion on durability. separability, reliability of either machine? I be
spoiled by the Virago.

No apology needed, my eyes ain't all that's elderly, but that's another
story. ;-)
