It had to be the dew mixed with residual traces of oil.
Once a leaned over front wheel lets go, it's usually
gone. My daughter did sorta the same thing at about
5 mph, but the culprit there was barely visible sand.
Oh, yeah, she also had her front brake lightly applied.
Did you have your front brake applied, even a little?
You can "survive" a slip-out on the rear wheel, but you
won't "survive" the loss of a front wheel. NEVER touch
the front brake when in the (known) presence of
anything on the road ESPECIALLY when the bike is
leaning.
