Quotes from Chris Franklin, MovieMaker Magazine, and contest winner Aaron
Osborn:
Chris Franklin, who served as the Professional¹s Choice Judge, said, ³There
were so many creative and entertaining commercials to choose from, but
Aaron¹s use of imagination, skill and intrigue made his spot really stand
out over the other entries. The pace, the audio and the use of graphics
really brought the piece to life.²
³The era of the digital moviemaker has exposed the world to so much raw
talent,² said Jennifer Wood, editor of MovieMaker Magazine. ³We had a
tremendous response to the contest and are excited that we¹ve been able to
share the creative, humorous and innovative works of both established and
up-and-coming directors, producers and editors.²
³I¹m ecstatic that Avid is providing me with an opportunity to showcase my
work on such a big stage,² Aaron Osborne, the Professional¹s Choice winner.
³There are so many tools out there to make a video come to life, and Avid
Xpress Pro is at the top of the list. My spot shows how one person with
Avid software can make a vision come to life. The idea behind it is that a
character in a hallway, with numerous images surrounding him...his
ideas...all different...can create any or all of them with Avid.²
