Windows XP comes with Windows MovieMaker, which is kind of like iMovie,
though it doesn't have quite as much capability, I think.  (Haven't played
with it much.)  You'll have to create titles in Photoshop or MS Paint, and I
think transitions are limited to dissolves--  but maybe that's a good thing.
